TNA Wrestling Bans Blading And Excessive Blood

Blood is no more.

TNA Bans Blading.

Big news coming out of TNA Wrestling’s Tapings, as PWInsider has reported that officials in the company have let their roster know that blading and excessive blood will no longer be permitted in the company.

A match between Eric Young and Steve Maclin which was taped on 5/1, will have blood, but after that, no more. They understand that in a contact sport, blood may be seen and stars may be cut “the hard way”, but other than that, blading is banned.

Jon Alba followed up by revealing that he’s heard TNA is currently shopping around places for their program and they were talking with up to five different platforms, including streaming options, which could be a reason for the new rule.

What are your thoughts on these new decisions?
