TNA Set To Hold “Chris Bey, All-Day” Fundraiser Events For Star Talent Chris Bey On 4/17
Chris Bey was called an “inspiration” not long ago by WWE producer TJ Wilson.
Moments ago, TNA Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to reveal the details of the
”Chris Bey, All Day” event.
The Bey tribute begins with the debut of a special fan event: “Breakfast Q&A With The Hardys.”
Hosted by TNA announcer Tom Hannifan, the exclusive two-hour session kicks off at 10 AM local time and will feature TNA Tag Team Champions Jeff and Matt Hardy answering fan questions in an intimate setting. Chris Bey himself is scheduled to appear, and fans in attendance will receive a limited-edition 11×14 commemorative photo featuring Bey and the Hardys.
Attendees will enjoy get to enjoy a sampling of Bey’s favorite cookies—affectionately named “Cream Betweens.”
Tickets are priced at $50, with all proceeds benefiting Chris Bey directly. Tickets can be purchased at tnamerch.com and the Q&A will also stream live on TNA+.
Later that evening at Unbreakable, the entire TNA roster—including wrestlers, referees, announcers, and staff—will don a special edition Chris Bey T-shirt.
After the event, these shirts will be auctioned on TNA’s official eBay page, with all proceeds again going to support Bey during his recovery.
“We are incredibly proud of the progress Chris has made and continues to make,” TNA President Carlos Silva stated. “We are incredibly excited for ‘Chris Bey, All Day,’ as wrestling fans worldwide can unite in support of one of the most inspirational
wrestlers of all time.”
Bey was also recently the recipient of the Wrestling Observer’s Shad Gaspard/Jon Huber Award, which is given for courage and bravery.
The LIVE TNA Unbreakable event will also celebrate the UNLV Rebels National Champion hockey team, as well as the crowning and debut of the BRAND NEW International Champion.
A series of threw-way matches are taking place both prior to and at the event to crown the new champion.
Chris Bey is a former IMPACT (TNA) X Division Champion as well as a three-time former IMPACT /TNA Tag Team Champion as part of ABC with his partner Ace Austin. Chris has made incredible progress and we all hope to see it continue.
