What’s Next For Sean Brady?
Sean Brady dominated former champion Leon Edwards last week at UFC London. Won every round before submitting him in the fourth and stamped his name as a possible next contender.
Now, on his “The Brady Bagz Show”, he was asked about possible next fights and he was asked about Kamaru Usman, where he said that Kamaru didn’t want to fight him before, but suddenly he does now. Colby Covington’s name was then brought up and Sean went off.
It’s the same thing with him. He’s this high-level wrestler. I’m like bro, Leon took you down multiple times. Beat the shit out of you. You see what I just did to Leon? Like, what would I do to you? I would fucking kill him. He’s not even getting anyone in the top 15. Dude, he might not even have a fucking job! When’s the last time that dude won a fight? He fucking sucks. Colby, you’re a pussy. How do you get punched on by Masvidal in public and you go sue him? You’re a pro fighter. You’re a pussy.
Sean Brady also mentioned previously that he would be fine with fighting Shavkat Rahkmonov next as a contender fight. Shavkat was set to get a title fight, but had to pull out due to injury and Jack Della Maddalena stepped in to fight the champion Belal Muhammad. Jack was supposed to fight Leon Edwards, but instead moved up and allowed Sean Brady to fight Leon. The division is moving quickly, and anyone could be next. Just probably not Colby.
