Abdullah The Butcher Thanks DDP, Chris Jericho And More For Getting Him Back On His Feet

Abdullah is doing better.

Abdullah The Butcher’s Story

Abdullah The Butcher is a legendary professional wrestler that wrestled across various different promotions spanning from the United States all the way to Japan. But in recent years, Abdullah has had some health issues and has ended up in a wheelchair. He had a hard time putting on his own clothing, standing up and taking care of himself.

Now, Abdullah is living with a friend named Malika who helps take care of him. Today Abdullah took to his personal Facebook and posted a video shout out thanking a few people, including Diamond Dallas Page, Chris Jericho, and personal friends, including Malika. Abdullah says that he got in contact with Chris Jericho and in turn, helped get in contact with Diamond Dallas Page who’s helping him with his recoveries. Now, Abdullah revealed that he is able to stand up, he can lift his arms over his head, which he could not do before, and he can even start to dress himself. He posted an over 10 minute video that you can see here.

Diamond Dallas Page has also helped tons of other wrestlers, including most recently Lex Luger, who has been announced for the WWE 2025 Hall of Fame class. What DDP and DDP Yoga are doing for other professional wrestlers is nothing short of incredible.
