ONE 172: Rodtang vs. Takeru
This Sunday, ONE 172 goes down with the main event of Rodtang Jitmuangnon vs. Takeru Segawa in a Flyweight KickBoxing Super-Fight! The event will be held in Japan on Sunday, March 23 and will air at 3 A.M. ET.
Ahead of the super-fight, a video was posted to Gamin Looksaikongdin’s Facebook page showing off Rodtang sparring. Well, the insane machine that is Rodtang is shown taking clean shots right to the face with his hands down and he walks right through it! It seems Rodtang takes more punishment in sparring than a real fight! Check it out below.
Rodtang impressively has 326 career fights with 273 wins. He has a 16-1 record in Kickboxing/Muay Thai record under the ONE Championship banner and he’s done it all before the age of 28. With training like this, we can see why!
