Randy Orton has not been seen much this year, in fact, many fans expected him to return at the Royal Rumble, but he didn’t. Despite this, he has been mentioned on WWE TV during the Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn feud. This is because Kevin brutally attacked Orton and took him out during their feud last year that seemingly never came to an official conclusion.
Well, today, PWInsider Elite has reported that Randy Orton is expected to return by next month, just in time for WWE’s European tour before WrestleMania 41. Then, leading into WrestleMania, Randy Orton is seemingly on a path to face Kevin Owens on the grandest stage of them all.
This upcoming weekend, Kevin Owens has an unsanctioned match against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber. Expect the fallout of this to intertwine Randy Orton back into the story.
