A few weeks ago, legendary women’s talent Jazz appeared as part of a Knockouts Battle Royal with the winner earning a shot at the TNA Knockouts World Title. Jazz did not win the match, but was a winner in a different way.
“Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp has learned that the former WWE Women’s Champion Jazz has been working backstage in an agent role of late in TNA Wrestling. This includes at the most recent set of tapings.”
Jazz has previously been head of the women’s division for the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). It is unknown whether she will continue in this role or if her new TNA role is exclusive.
This is just the latest of the last few changing roles backstage, which included the departures of both Josh Matthews and Christy Hemme.
