The Rock is back!
The Rock On SmackDown
The Rock made big news last night when he announced he would be on tonight’s SmackDown. Then, at the start of the show, Nick Aldis told Cody Rhodes that Rock wanted to meet him in the ring. Finally, The Rock came back to New Orleans and announced that WrestleMania will be returning to NOLA for WrestleMania 42.
The Rock then called out Cody Rhodes, to which the WWE Champion made his way out to the ring. Rock revealed that Cody and him became good friends, their families are friends, and Rock gave Cody his flowers for being a good champion. But, Rock wants Cody Rhodes to be HIS champion. Cody seemed a big confused, but The Rock eventually told him that he didn’t want his title, he wants his soul.
The Rock promised he could give Cody the world and make him a bigger star than he is, he just has to accept his offer. But, The Rock noted that he will allow Cody to think about it, and he will be at Elimination Chamber next Saturday in Toronto to hear Cody’s answer.
