No Disqualification Match
-JDC vs Leon Slater
Backstage, Leon Slater is sitting down minding his own business when JDC sits next to him. JDC starts disrespecting him right away, and this leads to both men trading insults and Slater says they can fight next week in a NQ match.
After being endorsed and hyped up by Matt & Jeff Hardy earlier in the show, Slater was left feeling very good about being able to learn from his idols and the guys who got him into TNA at a very young age.
Will the Hardy’s have his back against JDC if The System get involved next week? Let’s hope so. The numbers game seems to get the better of Slater. A win over JDC could be big in his quest for TNA gold.
-Tessa Blanchard will be in action
Backstage, NXT liaison Arianna Grace approaches the locker room of Tessa Blanchard. Tessa opens the door and Grace says that she’s here to talk to her about her match next week. Tessa says that this isn’t NXT and she should’ve gotten it through m her head last time…
Santino Marella walks up and says that she’s been pulling out of matches left and right. Tessa salad she hasn’t been dodging any matches, but she’s not giving the time of day to people who are beneath her. Tessa claims she doesn’t have to answer to him, Arianna, or anybody else. Santino says that he sees right through Tessa, and that she WILL have a match next week or there will be consequences.
We haven’t seen Tessa Blanchard in a match since she defeated Jodrynne Grace at the Genesis PPV on January 19th – so almost a full month ago. She’s been on screen talking about how she’s so much better than the other talent, but hasn’t done much to prove it lately. Will see continue her dominance, or will somebody from NXT put her in her place? We’ll have to tune in next week to find out.
-NXT stars Tyson DuPont & Tyrieke Igwe vs The Rascalz
Last night, we saw The Rascalz come out to the iMPACT zone. They call out Wes Lee and the “bootleg Rascalz”, Tyson, and Tyrieke.
All three men came out and quickly exchanged words with Trey and Zach before storming the ring. Just as they got to the bottom of the ramp, Ace Austin emerged from the back and evens the odds. All six men brawled both in and out of the ring before Wes, Tyson, and Tyrieke get the upper hand and leave the others laid out.
This match will probably turn into a 3 on 3 brawl again, with Wes getting involved and then Ace coming out to even the numbers out. We’ll see if the Rascalz came overcome, or if the NXT guys are too big of a match for them.
–Joe Hendry is set to perform an encore to his concert from last week.
Joe held a concert last week on the 2/6 episode of TNA iMPACT to kick off the show, but was rudely interrupted by Jake Something. Jake said that since Joe is a fighting champion he can defend the title against him next week.
Joe opened up the show again this week, but it was to defend his TNA World Title belt – which he did successfully against Jake.

The real question now is – with next weeks show being a LIVE episode where anything can happen – will somebody show up to disrupt Joe’s concert? And if so, who will it be?
