Vinci has been let go.

WWE has had a select number of talent releases in the last 24 hours and Giovanni Vinci has sadly made it on that list. Fightful was the first to reveal that Giovanni Vinci has been released by WWE.
Giovanni made his presence known in WWE during the original Cruiserweight Classic tournament before moving to NXT UK where he would join Ludwig Kaiser and GUNTHER as a part of Imperium. The trio would dominate the UK and NXT rosters, eventually Vinci and Kaiser would win NXT Tag gold. When they moved up to the main roster, the trio had a bit of success but eventually were broken up last year.
Vinci moved to SmackDown by himself where he had a very short feud with Apollo Crews before never being seen again. He has now been released.
We wish Giovanni Vinci the best in his future.
