Will Ospreay vs. Mark Davis
Will Ospreay walked into tonight’s AEW Dynamite not knowing his opponent, as Don Callis told him he had to face a member of the Don Callis family, but didn’t tell him who. Well, Will Ospreay was surprised to find out that his opponent was Mark Davis.
Mark Davis, who previously tagged with Callis Family Member Kyle Fletcher, originally denied Don’s offer to join the family, and instead took the side of Will Ospreay. Now, things have changed. Kyle and Don have courted Mark Davis to their side, and he brought the fight to the Aerial Assassin.
After a hard-hitting encounter in the opening match, it was Will Ospreay who nailed the Hidden Blade on Mark Davis after he was distracted by the referee. Will Ospreay picks up another win. Following the match, Osoreay took a microphone and told Don Callis he had someone for him, which was Kenny Omega. Don then jumped the barricade and ran away. Kenny came out and told Mark Davis that help is here and there are people he can trust. Fletcher and Takeshita came out on the ramp but Don Callis stopped them.
