Michael Hayes is in deep water. Or is he?

Michael Hayes is often a producer on WWE weekly programming, and it’s not a surprise on the surface to see him working the Royal Rumble. But, this weekend, Hayes was named in the Janel Grant lawsuit against Vince McMahon which accuses him of sexual assault and harassment. You can read more here.
Now, Fightful Select has reported that despite being named in the lawsuit, Michael Hayes is backstage and working the Royal Rumble as a producer. Another name noted in the lawsuit is Brock Lesnar, but he is not there and hasn’t had plans to be in WWE in quite some time.

As has been the case for a full year now, Lesnar is not there and hasn’t been discussed for a return.
Triple H will have a post-Rumble press conference tonight following the event. We eagerly await if he will be asked about the updated lawsuit.
