Saturday Night’s Main Event is live from San Antonio, Texas and the event kicked off with Rhea Ripley defending her WWE Women’s World Championship against Nia Jax. Nia got the jump on Rhea before the bell ran and we were off to the races.
These two wasted absolutely no time getting into the swing of things and kicked the match off in a furious fast pace that kept up the entire match. In what felt like a sprint, these two pulled all the big moves out of their bags. From code-reds to top-rope cross bodies, they had the crowd on their feet the entire time. But, it was a RipTide in the end that finished off Nia Jax and Rhea Ripley retained her Championship.
