In the Power Slap 10 main event, Powerslap Heavyweight champion Damien “The Bell” Dibbell defends his title against Dorian “Disturbing the Peace” Perez. The co-main event is Isaih “The Puerto Rican Pretty Boy” Quinones taking on Branden “The Butcher” Bordeaux for the Middleweight championship.
