Another Massive Fight Added To UFC 311
Another banger incoming
UFC 311
UFC 311 is the first UFC Pay-Per-View of 2025. The event takes place January 18th from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Yesterday, Dana White announced the main event and co-main event of that card, both being title bouts. Islam Makhachev will fight Arman Tsarukyan with the Lightweight hold on the line and Batamweight Champion Merab Dvalishvili will fight Umar Nurmagomedov.
Now, Marcel Dorff was first to report a new fight for the UFC 311 card, which is sure to be fireworks. On January 18, Beneil Dariush will take on Renato Moicano. “Money Moicano” (20-5-1) is currently on a four fight win streak with two back to back knockouts of Jalin Turner and Benoit St Denis. He’s made it clear that he wants a title shot and a win over Dariush could get that.
Beneil Dariush (22-6-1) on the other hand, is ranked #9 in the world, just one above #10, Moicano. Beneil had one of the longest unbeaten streaks in the division spanning from 2018-2022. But, he’s recently coming off of two back to back TKO losses. One to former champion Charles Oliveira and the other to current number one contender, Arman Tsarukyan. Can he bounce back with a win over the white hot Renato Moicano? We’ll see come January 18.
