Exclusive: How Far In Advance WWE Locked In King & Queen of the Ring Winners
WWE is gearing up for their Queen of the Ring and King of the Ring PLE.
The finals for these tournaments will be held at the King & Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
There have been several changes in the tournament already. Bobby Lashley, Zelina Vega, and Xavier Woods were unable to compete in their scheduled first-round matches. Despite these early exits, Bodyslam.net has confirmed that these changes will not affect the planned outcome of the tournaments.
According to a source within WWE, the winners of the 2024 King and Queen of the Ring tournaments were decided well in advance, at least two months ago.
As we approach the quarterfinals, fans are eagerly watching to see how the matches unfold. The King of the Ring quarterfinal matchups are:
- Tama Tonga vs. LA Knight
- Gunther vs. Kofi Kingston
- Carmelo Hayes vs. Randy Orton
- Jey Uso vs. Ilja Dragunov
The Queen of the Ring quarterfinal matchups are:
- Jade Cargill vs. Nia Jax
- Iyo Sky vs. Shayna Baszler
- Bianca Belair vs. Tiffany Stratton
- Lyra Valkyria vs. Zoey Stark
