DDT Pro-Wrestling King Of DDT 20th Anniversary 2nd Round Results (5/11/2024)

The second round of the DDT Pro-Wrestling King of DDT 20th Anniversary tournament took place on May 11 at the Yokohama Radiant Hall in front of a sold out crowd.

The main event saw MAO take on To-y in a second round King of DDT match up. MAO was able to move on to the semi-finals as he defeated To-y via pinfall in an encounter that lasted over seventeen minutes.

Joining MAO in the King of DDT semi-finals are Kazusada Higuchi, Daisuke Sasaki & Chris Brookes. A draw was conducted in the ring after all the semi-finalists were confirmed to see who would be facing each other. In the two semi-final matches, it will be Higuchi vs MAO and Sasaki vs Brookes. They will all meet on May 26th at Korakuen Hall to determine who goes to the finals.

3 Way Match: Yuki Iino & Akito defeated KANON & and MJ Paul Kazuki Hirata & Soma Takao (9:31) after an ankle hold by Akito against Hirata.
Special Six Man Tag Match: Poison Sawada JULIE, JARASHIMA & Danshoku Dieno defeated Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Kazuma Sumi (8:45) after a cattle mutilation by Sawada against Sumi.
Yuki Ueno & Shunma Katsumata defeated Yukio Naya & Keigo Nakamura (12:23) after a totonoe splash of Katsumata against Nakamura.
King of DDT – Round 2: Chris Brookes defeated Tetsuya Endo (14:58) by Referee Stop/TKO (Heel Hold).
King of DDT – Round 2: Daisuke Sasaki defeated Sanshiro Takagi (7:18) with a crossover facelock.
King of DDT – Round 2: Kazusada Higuchi defeated Shuji Ishikawa (16:16) with a Buchikamashi.
Main Event: King of DDT – Round 2: MAO defeated To-y (17:36) with an Iai kick.
