Moments ago, TNA Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to reveal that they’ll be partnering with Major League a Baseball and sending some talent to a Cincinnati Reds baseball game on Thursday May 9th. The Reds are playing against the Arizona Diamondbacks on this day.
The talent who will be participating in this event will be: the recently-returned Sami Callihan, Jason Hotch, Trey Miguel, and Head of Production Josh Mathews.
Sami Callihan returned to the company at the Rebellion PPV on 4/20 to help Jordynne Grace fend off a couple of Good Hands to keep her Knockouts World Title against Steph De Lander after being gone since the beginning of January. Sami nailed Hotch – coincidentally also appearing at the baseball game with him – with a Cactus Driver 97.
Hotch is part of the Good Hands, and was a hired gun for Steph De Lander to be in her corner at Rebellion during the Knockouts World Title match.
Trey Miguel recently lost a match to Ace Austin to determine a number one contender to the X Division Title at Under Siege.
All four TNA company reps will be participating in pre-game activities. This is a great partnering for TNA, as it is the first MAJOR league sports organization they’ve been associated with in a long time.
