The All Japan Pro-Wrestling Champion Carnival 2024 is set to kick off on April 18th at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. On April 14th, AJPW held a press conference to promote the Champion Carnival 2024 tournament with many of the participants attending.
One of the Champion Carnival 2024 competitors, Cyrus let it be known that he was back in AJPW for one reason and that was to win the prestigious AJPW tournament. Cyrus then turned his attention to the Triple Crown Champion Yuma Anzai. After pointing at Anzai, Cyrus told the champion that the Triple Crown title would be his.
Cyrus finished his speech by attempting to get inside the head of Kento Miyahara. He yelled Miyahara’s name and told the AJPW ace that he “would see him soon”. Miyahara stood up and Cyrus stormed toward him as the two stars came face to face with each other. It appeared the two would come to blows, but cooler heads prevailed.
It’s no secret how Cyrus and Miyahara feel about each other as the two have met many times in the past. Both competitors are in the A Block of the Champion Carnival this year and are scheduled to meet in the ring on April 27th at the EDION Arena Osaka.
