Ricky Starks: If I Was HOOK, I Would Decline Chris Jericho’s Offer And Go Talk To His Dad Taz Or Me

Ricky Starks wants the best for HOOK.

For the past couple of weeks, Chris Jericho has attempted to initiate a mentorship role to the current FTW Champion, HOOK. This has resulted in a match between the two where HOOK was victorious before they teamed up alongside Katsuyori Shibata where Jericho almost got into a scuffle with HOOK due to some misunderstanding.

During an interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter, this is what the former stablemate of HOOK, Ricky Starks had to say.

“HOOK is the man. He’s really cool. I don’t know if HOOK needs someone to take him under his wing. Don’t forget, his father is Taz. If I was HOOK, I would politely decline Chris Jericho’s offer and go talk to his dad… or me.”

Jericho and HOOK are scheduled to have a face-to-face with TAZ, the father of HOOK on the April 17 edition of AEW Dynamite.
