Moments ago, TNA Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to reveal that Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling (TJPW) star Miyu Yamashita will be taking on “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace the day after putting her Knockouts World Title on the line against Steph De Lander. It is entirely possible Grace could walk into this match without her title.
The last time these two competitors shared a ring was at the very first IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United show on 3/30 of last year as part of a number one contenders match which also featured Deonna Purrazzo and Gisele Shaw. Purrazzo won that match, but has since moved on from TNA.
TNA announced a on 4/9 that Yamashita would be returning to the company at the television taping, but as of that writing there was no opponent revealed for her.
Will Grace take the victory in this match, or will Miyu show Grace and the rest of the TNA roster what she’s really made of?
We’ll have to tune in/be there live to find out!
