Rumours of Rey Mysterio returning have been going on for a while now. But it might be sooner than anyone could have expected.
According to Ringside News and Barnburner.ca WWE have plans to bring back Rey just before the WWE 2K19 game releases on October 5th. This is because of Mysterio being a pre-order character, they want him to be back before then. He is scheduled to appear on the September 24th edition of RAW.
While it would be great to see him back so soon, it’s still uncertain if that date is final. We will have to wait and see.
