On tonight’s go-home episode of Monday Night Raw, Mick Foley made his return to the WWE. He interrupted Elias’ segment while telling him that he will be a Universal Champion. Foley then cut a promo, talking about the first ever Hell In A Cell Match.
Mick said he wanted to be part of all the action again, but this time he’d like to be a referee. So he will be the referee in the Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman at Hell In A Cell.
