TNA President Carlos Silva started handing out “All-Star” awards and recognizing one or two people for each live event moving forward. These recognize both talent and behind the scenes staff.
This time, Carlos handed out two awards for recognition.
Alisha Edwards received one of the awards and was recognized for work behind the scenes. Alisha is part of the live events team, as well as other backstage roles. The announcement was met with rabid applause from the rest of the team.
Alisha accepted the award and thanked the TNA talent and crew, making sure they knew that they all deserved to be booked on the Slammiversary event.
The second All-Star award went to TNA Senior Vice President of Marketing, Andrea Pagnanelli. Carlos says that Andrea has been with him for a long time as part of his team and he’s happy she was able to come on board back in February after after he was named TNA President.
Pagnanelli dedicates her award to the whole TNA crew, who she’s happy to be on a team with as they celebrate the historic Slammiversary event. Andrea says she’s very happy to have played a small part in bringing that historic crowd.
The clip was apparently shot early on Sunday ahead of the Slammiversary PPV.
Both Andrea and Alisha join other All Stars, such as Talent Relations and Floor Manager Ingrid Isley, Zachary Wentz, Santino Marella, and KC Navarro.
