Ahead of the TNA Slammiversary PPV this Sunday, all three of the competitors – Mike Santana, Joe Hendry, and TNA World Champion Trick Williams – were set to team up to take on the Dark State faction.
After this match was over, and much to everybody’s surprise, TNA group The System (JDC, Brian Myers, & Eddie Edwards) made their way out to go after Dark State. The System, along with Santana and Joe Hendry, stood tall in the end.
Prior to the LIVE show, TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich revealed that she would be appearing on the show tonight.
Masha is set to take on NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne at Slammiersary in a title for title match, whom she interrupted to kick off the show tonight.
This would set up Masha also teaming with Sol Ruca and Zaria against all of Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, & Jazmyn Nyx) in the main event of the night.
Masha and her team won the match after Masha nailed Jacy with a SNOWPLOW and scored the pinfall.
Masha held up both the Knockouts and NXT Women’s titles before handing Jacy her title back.
