Komander is out.
AEW Dynamite
On tonight’s special 4-hour Summer Blockbuster AEW Dynamite, Komander was set to team with Kevin Knight and Mike Bailey to take on Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin & MJF, The Hurt Syndicate. Before the matchup, The Hurt Syndicate were shown attacking Komander backstage and “injuring him” so that he couldn’t compete in the match.
Mascara Dorada was then announced as Komander’s replacement for the six-man tag team contest. Well, Sean Ross Sapp has now confirmed that Komander was actually taken out of the match due to a real injury. He was pulled today.
it’s unclear what the extent of Komander’s injuries are at this time, but we wish him the best and a speedy recovery.
The Hurt Business did win their six-man tag team match.
