Look’s like there will be no East West Express in AEW.
AEW had previously submitted an application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to trademark the term “East West Express” on November 27th, 203. This created a lot of discussion and speculation surrounding the filing, as that was the popular tag team name of Nick Wayne and Jordan Oliver on the independent scene.
AEW has abandoned the application for “East West Express” on December 15th, 2023, as shown on the USPTO website. You can see the the notice below.
