Sara Lee’s death has officially been ruled a suicide after an autopsy was carried out on her body. The former WWE superstar passed away late last year.
TMZ reported on May 5 that Sara’s tragic death in October of last yearas not an accident. The autopsy noted that Lee died after ingesting a large amount of pills as well as alcohol in order to cause a lethal overdose. A note was also left behind by Lee.
Sara was a former Tough Enough winner, winning the show in 2015 but never following up on her in ring career with WWE. Lee left behind her husband Wesley Blake and their two children.
