WrestleMania 39 Sets Sponsorship Record

WrestleMania 39 is one of the most highly anticipated Premium Live Events. The event will be held at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on April 1st and 2nd. Now it seems the event has set a huge sponsorship revenue record.

It is expected to be not just a major spectacle from a product perspective, but also a significant contributor to the company’s revenue stream. This is because of the significant sponsorship revenue it is expected to generate.

While speaking with The Associated Press, WWE’s senior vice president and head of global sales and partnerships Craig Stimmel highlighted the remarkable growth in the sponsorship revenue for WrestleMania. He revealed that the sponsorship revenue for the event has more than doubled and crossed the $20 million mark, marking a new record for any WWE event.

Previously in February, it was reported that sponsorship revenue for the event was between $14 million to $15 million, with top companies such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Pepsi, Take Two, and Mars/Snickers being named as sponsors. These companies will be integrated into the show in various ways, such as match sponsorship.

As fans eagerly await the event, it remains to be seen how the company will leverage the sponsorship opportunities to make the most out of the upcoming event.
