The Acclaimed are looking to be the best ever.
During the AEW Full Gear post show media scrum, The Acclaimed took the stand to answer some questions. One question was asked about their future and what are they looking towards now. Anthony Bowens took the question and proceeded to say they want to be the best tag team ever.
For me, it’s one goal and one goal only and that’s keeping these AEW tag team titles forever. We are the forever champs. We wanna go out there every single week, we’re gonna keep kicking ass, we’re gonna keep scissoring the hell out of everybody that we see and we wanna make sure that we become the best tag team ever. We’re the best tag team alive, but we wanna be the best tag team ever, in the history of AEW and the history of professional wrestling.

Since this is the last question, I wanna take a second to thank every single fan that’s supported us and helped elevate us to get to this point. I wanna thank Pat Buck, like Max said earlier, for training us from the very very beginning and preparing us with the tools we need to even be prepared for all these opportunities and I wanna thank Tony Khan because there ain’t many people that believed in us when we first got here, this man believed in us in the very very start as soon as we stepped foot in this company and I hope that we’ve made you proud.
