As many know, John Cena is one of the most common Make A Wish celebrities. Granting over 600 wishes to sick children, Cena undoubtedly is one of the most charitable human beings on the planet.

 According to Guinness, no celebrity has ever granted more than 200 wishes. John Cena on the other hand has recorded the aforementioned 650+ wishes.
