On 8/29, IMPACT Wrestling announced via their Twitter that “Speedball” Mike Bailey will be defending his X-Division Title against Honor No More member Kenny King.
King recently lost to Heath, and Mike Bailey had a successful defense of his X-Division Title last week on their show.
Mike Bailey won his first IMPACT Wrestling Title – the X-Division Title – at Slammiversary in an Ultimate X match, beating opponents: Ace Austin, Trey Miguel, Kenny King, Alex Zayne, and Andrew Everett.
Mike Bailey has openly said he wants to be a “defending champion”, but we’ll see if he still has the title after Thursday. Tune in to find out!
