Konosuke Takeshita Isn’t Interested In Signing With WWE, Hopes To Return To AEW In October

Konosuke Takeshita isn’t interested in signing with the WWE, despite reports that WWE are interested in signing the Japanese star.

Takeshita recently left the US following his excursion in the states in recent month. A large part of Takeshita’s time in the US was mostly in AEW, where he would have several high profile matches that have left American fans chomping at the bit for his return from Japan.

While speaking to Cultaholic, Takeshita addressed the reports of WWE being interested and revealed when he will return to the US.

“To be honest, now I’m not interested in WWE. My next goal is more fights in AEW I hope. So I have to go to back to Japan in August and September. Maybe, not decided yet, I hope I go back to America in October.”

Time will tell when Takeshita will be back but he hopes to be back for October.
