Further Details On Who Designed The AEW Fight Forever Game Cover

It turns out no one in AEW knew who was going to feature on the video game cover.

AEW’s first console and PC game is set to release in the coming months, with Kenny Omega stating that he hopes the game will be available for wide release before the end of this year. The games engine is based around an arcade style game as opposed to WWE’s simulation style.

Fightful Select reports that AEW did not design the cover for their first game.

Fightful Select learned that THQ Nordic’s team designed the cover, as opposed to All Elite Wrestling’s graphics team. People within AEW didn’t even know until the cover was leaked the day before that the cover athletes would be featured, and that goes for the actual athletes themselves.

The games cover features Chris Jericho, Britt Baker, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, Jade Cargill and AEW World Champion CM Punk. Bodyslam.net exclusively reported that Owen Hart will feature in the game.
