Sami Zayn Posts Touching Tribute To Brodie Lee

A classy tweet from Sami Zayn.

It goes without saying that despite playing a slimey version of himself on TV, Sami Zayn is one of the most genuine professional wrestlers in the world. He has held gold in WWE on several occasions and his rise to the NXT championship was iconic. Zayn has always been more himself on social media and we got a small look into it once again last night.

Zayn posted two tweets remembering Brodie Lee, who unfortunately passed away last year:

I’ve been in denial the entire time since he passed. This is one of the few moments where it actually hit me. I was ready to pick up my phone. ‘He appreciates playoff hockey, he must be loving this.’
I don’t know why I’m even posting this, just appreciate your time with friends.
