MJF Not The Only AEW Roster Member Unhappy With Booking

It looks like MJF isn’t the only one not impressed by AEW’s booking.

Reports have surfaced in recent weeks that MJF is unhappy with his current AEW contract and is leaning toward not re-signing with the promotion when his contract expires in 2024. It is expected MJF will make the jump to WWE when his contract runs out. Reports have also stated that MJF is unhappy with how the company is ran backstage.

Voices of Wrestling now report that MJF is not the only one in the AEW locker room who isn’t impressed by the way AEW is booked:

A source from the AEW locker room tells us that MJF is hardly the only talent feeling some level of discontent, describing the backstage atmosphere as “chaotic” with a lack of structure, with common complaints ranging from not knowing angles or finishes until close to showtime, and things like redundant finishes and angles to set up matches being very frustrating.

MJF will face Wardlow at AEW Double Or Nothing later this month. Do you think the way AEW is booked is a problem? Who else do you see leaving AEW? Let us know in the comments and on our social media pages.
