WWE Planning To Make Roman Reigns The Next Brock Lesnar

Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar just can’t seem to avoid each other.

At WrestleMania 38, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns squared off in a World title unification match that Roman Reigns would win. Prior to this, Reigns had held the Universal championship for over 600 days. Recently, reports have surfaced stating Roman is on his way out of WWE for Hollywood.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is trying to build Roman Reigns as the next Brock Lesnar.

”It seems the idea now is to try and make Reigns into a new Lesnar, a guy who beats everyone and is portrayed at a level of his own, while he only works limited dates.”

The idea that Roman Reigns is in “God mode” may not only be a cheap nickname. If “God Mode” were a wrestler, it would like Brock Lesnar post ending The Undertakers streak. Time will tell if WWE can build Reigns up to be a monster like Lesnar.
