Now, a new report reveals that a veteran of the behind-the-scenes work on the franchise is returning to 2K Games in order to assist in the future of WWE’s video game franchise.

Mike Straw of Sports Gamers Online reports that Bryan Williams, the former senior game designer of the franchise, is returning to 2K Games this month and may already have returned. Williams has been pivotal in previous titles to the creation suite within the game franchise.

It is not clear what his role will be within the development of the games. Williams had previously worked for Yukes’ who are currently developing AEW: Fight Forever. Hopefully Williams will add even more depth to the already great gaming franchise.
