Thunder Rosa has taken the wrestling world by storm. Her Time in NWA was just a slight glimpse of what she was capable of, and her momentum heading into this weekend’s AEW Revolution PPV has shown no sign of slowing down. But now, new reports are beginning to surface ahead of her big match against Dr. Britt Baker for the AEW Women’s Championship.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Thunder Rosa suffered an injury during her match on AEW Dynamite. Rosa teamed up with Mercedes Martinez and beat Jamie Hayter and AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker.
The nature of her injury wasn’t disclosed, but Rosa is reportedly still expected to wrestle on Sunday.
