Francis Ngannou Casts Doubt On Jon Jones Fight: “He Finds Himself A Better Battle On Twitter”
UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou joined Bruce Buffer on his It’s Time podcast recently and casted doubt on the possibility of a Jon Jones fight in the near future. Jon Jones has been entrenched in a contract dispute with the UFC at the moment in the same way Ngannou is. Both fighters want more money, but “The Predator” seems to think the former LHW Champion isn’t interested in fighting him.
“I think the first thing we need to know is if Jon Jones is going to fight or not, because actually, he finds himself a better battle on Twitter than in the octagon.” Ngannou told Buffer. Jones has been very vocal on his stance with regard to his UFC dispute and the possibility of fighting Ngannou.
