Danhausen Is All Elite

The very nice, very evil Danhausen was recently let go from his contract with Dave Honor, but he has been searching for a new job with Tony Khan’s “A&W” on social media in recent weeks. Danhausen has also been teasing AEW talent such as Maxwell Jacob Friedman and the Gunn Club.

Danhausen made his first AEW appearance on Wednesday’s special Beach Break edition of Dynamite during the lights out attraction between Orange Cassidy and Adam Cole. Danhausen cursed Cole in his mid-match cameo.

Danhausen, alongside the group of Orange Cassidy, EFFY, Allie Katch, WARHORSE, RJ City and Dan The Dad, are apart of the tight-knit group of wrestlers that put character wrestling back at the forefront of independent wrestling. In the last few years, Danhausen has become the most popular name not signed to a major company. Danhausen has done things such as appearing on Conan O’Brien’s podcast, having his own comic-book alongside WARHORSE and Allie Kat and topping the 2021 list of PWTees best-sellers. The Danhausen character is essentially Conan O’Brien meets The Simpson’s, mixed with Jack Nicholson’s Joker and Leatherface. This created one of the most bizarre persona’s in wrestling with the character, at its core, wanting the money and fame that comes with being evil, but being too kind hearted in his soul to be truly evil. Danhausen won’t even swear!

Danhausen going forward will have the opportunity to present his character on TBS, the same station as Conan. AEW President Tony Khan confirmed over Twitter that the very nice, very evil Danhausen is officially All Elite.
