Progress Wrestling have just finished up announcing the line up for their first live show with fans since February 12 2020, Chapter 127: “…..And That World Was Progress” but that hasn’t stopped them making preparations for the 2nd live show with fans, Chapter 128 “Technique”
Progress Wrestling did announce Chapter 128, would be on the 6th of February in Manchester and would feature ROH world champion Jonathan Gresham returning to the promotion, as part of statement regarding the New Management and takeover.
Yesterday evening Progress Wrestling announced the first match up for Chapter 128: “Technique” as Luke Young faces Spike Trivet in a No Disqualification Match, Progress made the announcement via their social media channels;
Spike Trivet spent much of the WWE Network/No Fan era targeting the members of North West Strong members including Chris Ridgeway, Ethan Allen and Luke Jacobs, managing to pick up wins over Ridgeway and Allen. Trivet and Jacobs faced off in match at Progress Wrestling Chapter 121: “In 20 Years This Will All Be Orange”, Jacobs would pick up the win with Spike Trivet getting himself disqualified.
Jacobs usually teams with Ethan Allen as part of the Young Guns tag team but with Allen currently sidelined by injury Jacobs is currently going it alone as singles competitor, Jacobs will have the home town support in this match with Jacobs originally hailing from Manchester.

Progress Wrestling’s Chapter 128: “Technique” takes place in Manchester at the o2 Ritz on the 6th February and will be available to stream via the Peacock Streaming service in US and WWE Network everywhere else, as well as via Demand Progress available Worldwide.
