For over a decade the weekend after Thanksgiving has been synonymous with WrestleCade, and this year will be no different.

Every year, WrestleCade weekend takes over the city of Winston-Salem, North Carolina as the convention as become one of the biggest events for wrestling fans. Fans and media travel from all over the country to partake in three days of what a person who I spoke with during last years convention called, “heaven for any wrestling fan.”

Tickets for WrestleCade 2022 went on sale earlier today, January 4th and recorded record ticket sales in record time. Over 700 tickets were sold in the first three hours after going live for purchase, including all first row tickets – which sold out in less than 3 minutes, a new WrestleCade record.

WrestleCade is a three day convention featuring meet and greets with pro wrestling’s top stars from the past, present, and future. Additionally the weekend features three days of wrestling action. Night 1 kicks off with their annual Showcase of Champions event, which features champions from some of the top independent wrestling promotions in the country. The second day of the weekend always delivers a day full of convention fun, and is headlined that evening by WrestleCade’s Super Show featuring some of the biggest names in wrestling. Sunday, the third and final day offers fans more meet and greets, and two live wrestling shows, an all women’s “Ladies Night Out” event and closes with a show from AML Wrestling.
