According to a tweet from GCW, the Briscoe Brothers, who were recently crowned GCW Tag Team Championship, will defend the championships against Blake Christian and Alex Zayne at Die For This in Atlantic City.
Die For This emanates from Showboat Atlantic City on New Year’s Day 2022. The Briscoe’s are one of the most decorated tag teams of this generation, as the twelve-time ROH Tag Team Champions defeated Matt Justice and Mance Warner in October for the GCW gold. This will be their fourth championship defense. Zayne and Christian have been GCW standouts since 2019. In their most recent match, Zayne was defeated by Blake Christian at GCW Blood on the Hills in one-on-one competition.
