Rock Says ‘There Are No Plans To Face Roman Reigns At WrestleMania As Of Now’

Over the last few years, rumors have run rampant about a possible match between ‘The Great One’ and ‘The Tribal Cheif’ to finally settle the conversation on who is really the Head Of The Table, but it has so far not come to fruition and from the looks of it won’t be happening anytime soon at least according to The Rock.

The Rock recently spoke to Andrew Freund from Dish Nation where he addressed the rumored bout. While he didn’t shut down the idea of a match with Reigns ever happening, he put the current rumors to bed. He said quite plainly that they’re not true.

“I can tell you, there is no truth to that right now. Possibly down the road, we will see. We stay very close, myself and Roman Reigns, and I’m very happy and very proud with the work he is doing as well as The Usos, my other family members. Those guys will continue to do what they’re doing and we’ll see down the road.”

It is still not outta the realm of possibility that we will see him sooner than later, as  Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast has recently reported that The Rock is expected to appear at the upcoming Survivor Series event. Zarian went as far as to say that he “feels confident” that the great one will appear. So unless the Rock is trying to pull one over on fans it’s looking like we will not see him anytime soon. We shall see.
