Future Plans Regarding Brand Split In The WWE

WWE as a whole has been going through a lot over the past few weeks . Many fans are giving pushback regarding the brand split and are asking for its end. W have seen Roman Reigns and Big E jump brands but it’s not sure if this is a sign of things to come.

It was noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WW doesn’t have a long-term or a short-term strategy in regards to the brand split. At this juncture, anything can change “at a moment’s notice.”

Taking all that into consideration, WWE currently has no plan to nix the brand split. They will continue booking their shows week-to-week without any intention of shaking things up in that regard.

Regarding talk that the top stars may appear on both brands like Reigns to try and boost ratings after this week. “Not a long-term strategy. Not even a short-term one.” Of course all can change on a moment’s notice but as of this week this wasn’t something they were planning on regularly doing.

It was also noted that “if ratings decline every option like this is possible.” It is interesting that WWE put Roman Reigns over in such a big way on RAW this week. The Head of the Table won two matches on the three-hour broadcast.

We will have to see how the WWE goes about this situation.
