Will Ospreay vs Ricky Knight Jr Announced Rev Pro UK High Stakes At York Hall

Revolution Pro Wrestling (Rev Pro UK) recently celebrated their 9th Anniversary with a huge show this past weekend in Manchester, now Rev Pro UK have started planning their biggest show of the year, High Stakes, at the famous York Hall in London.

Rev Pro UK have announced the main event match for High Stakes which will see Will Ospreay defend his Rev Pro UK Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship against Ricky Knight Jr (RKJ). Rev Pro UK announced the match earlier this morning via their social media channels;

This match up has been brewing ever since Will Ospreay defeated RKJ at Epic Encounters 5 last year to retain the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship. RKJ would win the right to once again challenge Ospreay after he won the Southside Heavyweight Championship Tournament.

Ricky Knight Jr retired the Southside Championship at Rev Pro’s Live at Bristol 3, crowning himself the Rev Pro UK British Heavyweight championship using an old Rev pro heavyweight championship that Ospreay never held and calling Ospreay’s title Disputed.

The two have been locked in a war of words ever since with Ospreay addressing RKJ back stage at the NJPW Strong PPV Resurgence following his shock return earlier this month.

Rev Pro’s High Stakes show at the famous York Hall in London takes place on the 19th of September. The show will also be available on the Rev Pro on Demand service RPWOnDemand, where you can watch all previous Rev Pro UK shows including Will Ospreay winning the British Heavyweight Championship at last years High Stakes at York Hall last year in a 5 star match against Zack Sabre Jr.
