Last night AEW held their special Homecoming edition of Dynamite from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
This was AEW’s first time back to their home at Daily’s Place since the company went back on the road last month, and it was announced that AEW won’t be returning to Jacksonville for Dynamite until their New Years special later this year.
Last night, former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tony Nese was backstage at Daily’s Place for AEW Dynamite: Homecoming. Nese was released from his WWE contract back on June 25th as part of the company’s most recent wave of talent cuts.
Also backstage was former two-time IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champion Kiera Hogan. Hogan recently announced that she had wrapped up her time with IMPACT Wrestling and had decided to see what else was out there for her.
Additionally, Mike and Matt Sydal’s other brother, who is not a professional wrestler, was also visiting last night at Dynamite.
