WWE Senior Vice President Of Production Brian Pellegatto Among Those Fired Today

WWE has been undergoing some restructuring backstage today as the company has decided to fold numerous divisions into one. A move which comes at the cost of a lot of WWE employees their jobs.

WWE officially announced that they have parted ways with RAW announcer Adnan Virk, but more releases to longtime WWE Supervisors and other high ranking department figures have been reported.

It now appears as though we can add Senior Vice President of Production Brian Pellegatto to the list of WWE layoffs today.

According to a report from PWInsider, WWE SVP of Production Brian Pellegatto was among those who were fired from the company.

Pellegatto had been with the company for almost nine years after coming over from ESPN where he worked as a Senior Digital Producer. He was named Vice President of Digital and Social Media for WWE back in July of 2015, and was named Senior Vice President of Production for WWE back in March of 2019.

“PWInsider.com has confirmed that among those departing World Wrestling Entertainment today is Brian Pellegatto, who held the title of Senior Vice President, Production for the company.”

“Brian Pellegatto had been with WWE for just under nine years, coming over from ESPN as a Senior Digital Producer.  He rose through the ranks and was named VP of Digital and Social Media in July 2015.  He took the position of SVP, Production in March 2019.”
