Tyson Fury Backstage Last Night At WWE’s WrestleMania Backlash PPV

Two time, and current boxing World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury was backstage last night for WWE’s WrestleMania Backlash PPV.

Fury and his son were backstage last night, as WWE sent out a tweet featuring Fury’s son along with Rey Mysterio and another with Vince McMahon.

“@Tyson_Fury made some dreams come true for his son backstage at #WMBacklash! @reymysterio @VinceMcMahon”

Tyson Fury last appeared for WWE on the November 8th, 2019 episode of SmackDown from Manchester, England. He had previously wrestled Braun Strowman at the 2019 WWE Crown Jewel PPV from Saudi Arabia, where he won via countout.

Fury had previously teased a program with Drew McIntyre, which appeared to be gaining some steam until the pandemic last year shut everything down.

Tyson Fury’s next venture is his upcoming fight against Anthony Joshua on August 14th, 2021 in Saudi Arabia. Fury will be defending his WBC and Ring Magazine Heavyweight titles, and Joshua will be putting his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles on the line in a unification bout.

We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about Tyson Fury and his status with WWE.
